Budgeting for 2010? ToolingDocs is setting
the dates for its exclusive Maintenance Certification Training
program, Level 1 – and the new Level 2 series. Why not invest in
systemized maintenance training and certifications that will pay
dividends for years to come?
The benefits of these hands-on training
programs are tangible because the methods learned can be put to
use almost immediately upon completion of the courses – just ask
2009 attendees that experienced the Maintenance Certification
Level 1 training.
Eugene Hassam of Senninger Irrigation, Inc.
told Operations Manager and Instructor
Steve Johnson, “The course was put together well and what
encouraged me most was how the instructors were able to relate and
communicate with each of us at every level. I left there with a
feeling of ‘I have a number of things I can implement and I am
looking forward to Level 2.’”
“This is a program our industry needs,”
stated Jeff Dininger of Automation Plastics. “The things learned
in this program can help companies regain a competitive edge and
improve the economies of our companies.”
Courses for the first quarter of 2010 are
scheduled as follows:
Level 1, ideal for those with at
least one year of mold maintenance experience:
January 12 – 13 | February 2 – 3 |
March 9 – 10
Level 2 will
benefit those who have years of
experience by introducing standardized, documented maintenance
methodology:
February 23, 24 &
25 | March 16, 17 & 18
“The new Level 2
Maintenance Certification program is a challenging curriculum that
will include a lot of hands-on time to work on individually
assigned, defective molds following the 8 Stages of Systemized
Repair and Maintenance taught in the Level 1 class,” explains
Johnson. “Plus, each attendee will learn how to formulate and
then actually create maintenance plans for those molds.”
ToolingDocs
requires that all Level 2 registrants have first completed the
Level 1 Certification class – or tested out of it – and they must
have a minimum of two years of actual bench experience.
