What is available for tipping molds 90º? Maximum mold weight is two tons; and size is approximately 42 by 20 by 20 inches. We currently use a chain fall and 4-by-4s. We are looking for something safer.

I have developed a device and am marketing it through EMI. The mold tipper weighs less than 47 lbs, so it can be moved where it is needed. It features a cast aluminum frame and easy size adjustments. It can handle molds up to 36 by 24 by 22 inches with a maximum weight of 6700 lb. The tipper requires no additional tools besides the tow motor or overhead crane already being used to handle the mold.
