Our WS2 coating provides excellent release when applied to CSM 21. It will withstand temperatures to 1000F, and will maintain an optical finish.

Dicronite Dry Lube is WS2 in lamellar form, and can be applied as a coating to most substrates, and maintain any finish, including diamond.

We routinely coat stainless steel molds with titanium nitride by physical vapor deposition. The coatings are extremely hard, have a low coefficient of friction, and are corrosion resistant. The coating is compatible with heat treatment of most mold steels, and does not oxidize until 800-1000F.
