Cancellation, Transfer & Substitute Policy Cancellation: Course registration may be canceled up to six (6) weeks prior to the first day of class for full refund of enrollment fee. Cancellation without transfer or substitution less than six (6) weeks prior to the first day of class will result in forfeiture of enrollment fee. Substitution: At any time prior to the first day of class, registrant may designate a substitute from the same organization. Transfer: If registrant is unable to attend selected course a one-time, no-cost course transfer option may be utilized for registration in another scheduled class. Transfer option is valid for one-year from the date of originally scheduled course.
